Our documentation covers most aspects of using your Web Hosting account, from

steps for popular software packages such as Microsoft Outlook and WS
FTP.
For Linux Documentation, we highly recommend The Linux
Documentation Project (we have a local mirror here)
that has lots of guides and documentation covering every aspect of
using Linux, from how to setup Apache, Mail, FTP, to advanced subjects
such as Oracle Database setup, NFS and others. Virtually anything you
want to do in Linux will be covered by one of the guides or documents.
Another good place is Linuxdocs.org, also with ample
documentation.
