Billing Periods
Payments are to be made on the same day of each month, quarter, half year or year from the sign-up and initial payment date, unless otherwise specified. If a payment is not able to be made on a particular day (eg. uneven month, public holiday) then it should be sent as many days prior as required. Late payments due to national festivals or holidays is not a valid reason.
- 1 month = 30 days
- 1 quarter = 3 months
- Half year = 6 months
- Full year = 12 months
If an external payment processor is used (eg. Paypal, Asiapay), please refer to them for their most up-to-date billing policies.
Late payments and bounced cheques/cards will incur penalty fees, and temporary account suspension may result until full payment is received.
Setup Fees/Security Deposits
Setup Fees are a one-time only, non-refundable charge. Security Deposit Fees are a one-time only, refundable charge if: 1) account/service is cancelled after completion of contract period, 2) there has been no violation of AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) or other violations, and 3) all appropriate fees and charges have been paid (eg. monthly fees).
