Acceptable Usage Policy
Zentek International Co. Ltd. has an AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy) that applies to all who use our services. The AUP is designed to take into account other internet users and networks which may or may not be part of Zentek International Co. Ltd. By using our services, you agree to comply with our AUP. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any provision. Our TOS (Terms Of Service) takes precedence over our AUP at all times.
Illegal Usage
Zentek International servers, networks, and services may only be used for lawful purposes. No Zentek servers or networks may be used to interrupt or degrade services of other servers or networks. This includes, but is not limited to: Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, network flooding, hacking/cracking servers or networks, or otherwise undermining the security or usage of other servers or networks. Content considered illegal in Hong Kong is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: child pornography (including, but not limited to: pictures, movies, slideshows, or any type of media involving or depicting the exploitation of children), copyrighted material registered in Hong Kong, trademarks registered in Hong Kong, or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization or violates export control laws of Hong Kong. The User of Zentek International service(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zentek International from any claims resulting from the use of the service(s) that damages the User or any other party. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Adult Content
Absolutely no illegal (eg. child) pornography is allowed (including, but not limited to: pictures, movies, slideshows, or any type of media involving or depicting the exploitation of children). Other adult content may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Security
Violations and compromising of system or network security are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of system or network security, data, or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system or network, system and network scanning, and broadcast attacks. Forging tcp/ip packets, email or newsgroup headers is also prohibited. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Resources
Any website, server, or equipment that uses an abnormally high amount of server or network resources, such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory utilization and network bandwidth, will be given the option of paying additional fees based on the resources needed, or reducing the resources used to an acceptable level. Sites, servers, or equipment deemed to be intentionally abusing or adversely affecting system or network resources or integrity will be temporarily suspended without prior notice until the issue is resolved to the satisfaction of Zentek International. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Background processes and Cron Jobs
Background processes and cron jobs running on a Web Hosting server may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. However, prior consent is required. Any account or website found to be running background processes or cron jobs may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation of this provision.
SPAM/UBE
Spamming is the sending of mass unsolicited email. Spamming is strictly prohibited. Sending spam from or through any server or network owned or operated by Zentek International is strictly prohibited. Using an email address that is maintained by Zentek International to send spam, or as a reply address for spam responses, is strictly prohibited. Any User found doing the aforementioned activities will have their account suspended, and minimum penalty of US$65/HK$500 will be assessed for cleanup after spam incidents. Additionally, the User will be charged for any resources used related to the spam. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Zentek International server, network, client, customer, or partner (to the extent that it adversely affects our ability to provide products/services or our relation to the aformentioned) is strictly prohibited. Any user, server, website, account, or others found to be engaging in these activities will be immediately suspeneded until the issue is resolved to the satisfaction of Zentek International. Zentek International will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Actions taken
When a violation of the AUP occurs, Zentek International will initiate an investigation. During the investigation, resources under investigation may be temporarily restricted or suspended to avoid further unacceptable use. In the event that a violation of a provision is found and confirmed, service may be immediately removed/terminated at the sole discretion of Zentek International.
Modifications
Zentek International reserves the right to update any provision of this AUP at any time without notice.
