Computer Room Air Conditioning
The temperature and humidity inside the NOC is maintained at 18-20°C and 50-55% respectively by multiple high performance CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units. Therefore all hardware is provided with a cool and stable environment in which to operate, and thus are less likely to have heat and reliability problems.
Technical Specifications:
- Dedicated chilled water plant with N+1 configuration
- CRAC units using chilled water system
- Cooling capactity 700kw
- Air cooling system backup
- Dedicated earthing for NOC
CRAC temperature and humidity report panel
Records of temperature and humidity fluctuations are kept in CRAC memory, and are monitored by an administrator periodically. Alarms will also sound if there is an extend period of unusual environmental conditions.
