Bandwidth Information
All our Dedicated Servers and Colocation plans include unmetered bandwidth by default. All bandwidth is given different priority/grade, with higher rated bandwidth speeds being given higher priority, and thus resulting in higher performance, especially for streaming or multimedia applications and high traffic web servers and file servers. There are two types of bandwidth available- Regular and Dedicated. Regular bandwidth is allocated on a best-effort basis, where the rated value is the average bandwidth that is allocated. Dedicated Bandwidth is allocated on a "minimum" guaranteed basis; that is, you will receive a minimum of the stated bandwidth at any time.
The traffic prioritization of bandwidth is:
1) 512Kbps - lower priority for traffic
2) 768Kbps - medium priority for traffic
3) 1Mbps - higher priority for traffic
and so on...
4) Dedicated Bandwidth - highest priority for traffic
When our network is not heavily utilized (eg. off-peak hours), everyone can get more bandwidth, as the bandwidth is not capped or forced down to a certain speed, and it is burstable. However, when our network is heavily utilized (eg. on-peak hours) then the lower priority speeds will received less bandwidth first, while the higher priority speeds will continue to receive higher bandwidth, and Dedicated bandwidth always get the minimum amount, regardless of network utilization.
All bandwidth is unmetered and uncapped, so there are no monthly quotas or limits. You get the benefits of our fully redundant Network for much less than leasing the bandwidth from multiple backbone carriers.

Depending on your current service plan, we may be able to provide a combined packaged discount on the above bandwidth prices. There is a minimum 6 month contract for bandwidth above 5Mbps, due to allocation obligations with upstream network providers, as we do not oversell our bandwidth.
